Project for Ed Tech
This group assignment for Ed. Tech was very challenging for both the group members and myself. It was interesting to see what all the students could do with a little collaboration, patience and courage. It made a difference in what we know and how much more there is to learn about technology. I enjoyed and I had fun in the midst of all the frustration. Learning is continuous. Continue to learn folks.

Math for the Real World 2nd blog
This instructional game creates a new way for students to learn mathematics. It is appealing as musical features guide students to be apart of various learning skills such as; addition and subtraction, money, time, fractions, decimals, percents, weight, measurement and patterns. Children can manipulate and personalize variables such as; the background and foreground content making their own creation, compiling a full-length animated video that can be saved and display for teachers and family to view. "When students know they will be playing a game, they expect a fun and entertaining activity because of the challenge of the competition and the potential for winning" (Randel, Morris, Wetzel, & Whitehill, 1992). Student can be motivated using the various activities offered by this game, which challenges students to compete. Math for the Real World give students the opportunity content skill practice and problem solving in a fun, entertaining environment.

Smart Thinking of Smart Inventors
Living in world where technology is essential and ever-growing it is easy to perceive where the future of technology will lead. In education, many of our teachers use the opportunity to facilitate students with several educational tools that develop their knowledge and skills. The SMART Board 685ix interactive white board system goes beyond children's imagination. This simulation and problem solving software provides real imagery and instructional activities any learner needs to strive in the classroom. Its projector with wide screen is extreme eliminating glare and diverting projector light. It offers supreme image quality, advanced speed, brilliant colour, network ability and compatibility with other devices like the camcorder creating experiences for teaching and learning. At an educational exhibition in Tobago, the opportunity was given to a few pupils and myself where we experienced the SMART Board first hand. It was enjoyable. This software is a fundamental tool for the present classrooms as it can be used for teaching many subject areas where students will have the opportunity to experience technology like never before. I can not wait to see what is in store in technology for future classrooms.
